How to Use CloudSpot for High-Volume Photography

Automatically Organize Images into Cloudspot Collections Using Snapizzi Bundles

Snapizzi can be used with CloudSpot to dramatically reduce the amount of time spent manually organizing and uploading high-volume photography projects.

Using Snapizzi Bundles, your images can automatically be exported into organized subject folders (students, athletes, dancers, teams, event attendees, etc.). Those folders can then be uploaded directly into CloudSpot, where the folder structure is preserved during upload.

This creates a simple and efficient workflow for:

  • School Photography

  • Sports Photography

  • Dance Photography

  • Graduation Photography

  • Event Photography

  • Any high-volume workflow requiring organized galleries

Step 1 β€” Create Bundle in Snapizzi

First, create a Bundle from your completed Snapizzi Data project. If you are unfamiliar with Bundles, please review this article first:

When configuring your Bundle, make sure:

  • images are sorted into folders

  • folder names are based on the subject name

  • rename subject photos (optional)

Note: CloudSpot only maintains folder structures that are one level deep, so uploading folders containing subfolders is not possible.

Step 2 β€” Upload Folders to CloudSpot

Inside CloudSpot:

  1. Create a new Collection for your project.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Add Folders and choose Upload Folders.

  3. Select your exported Snapizzi subject folders and upload them into the Collection.

CloudSpot will automatically create image folders inside your Collection based on the folders you upload, preserving your Snapizzi organization structure automatically.

This means your student, athlete, dancer, or event attendee folders remain separated without any manual sorting or gallery setup.

Helpful CloudSpot article:

This workflow eliminates the need to:

  • Manually sort images

  • Create galleries one-by-one

  • Drag photos individually

  • Reorganize folders after upload

Instead:

  • Snapizzi handles the organization

  • CloudSpot handles the gallery presentation

This allows photographers to continue using the tools they already love while dramatically improving workflow efficiency.

Simply export your folders from Snapizzi and upload them directly into CloudSpot.
