Snapizzi includes built-in context-sensitive help throughout the application, making it easy to access the most relevant documentation exactly where you need it.
Rather than searching through the Knowledge Base manually, you can quickly open documentation for many tools and features directly from the interface.
Access Help for Any Tool
Throughout Snapizzi, many buttons, tools, and controls include built-in help.
To view the documentation for a feature:
Hold the Control (Ctrl) key (or ⌘ Command on macOS, if applicable to your implementation).
Click the tool, button, or control.
Snapizzi will open the corresponding Knowledge Base article for that feature.
This provides immediate access to detailed documentation without interrupting your workflow.
Learn While You Work
Context-sensitive help allows you to:
Learn new features as you discover them.
Quickly answer questions without leaving Snapizzi.
Access the most relevant documentation for the tool you're currently using.
Reduce the time spent searching through the Knowledge Base.
Product Tours
Some areas of Snapizzi also include guided product tours to help you become familiar with major features and workflows.
These tours provide step-by-step guidance while you explore the application.
Editor's Note: Earlier versions of Snapizzi included a dedicated Show Tips button that provided access to Knowledge Base articles and product tours. That functionality has since evolved into the current context-sensitive help system, allowing documentation to be opened directly from supported controls throughout the application.
