1. Understand the Snapizzi business model, undergo screening and CV review, evaluate your ability and commitment, and sign non-disclosure and non-compete agreement.
2. Define exclusivity, sign letter of intent, create and agree on the business plan and budget and place sign-on fee in escrow.
3. Sign the Snapizzi franchise agreement.
4. Engage in operational mode with operations manual, testing and training, going live, sales and marketing, monitoring and evaluating performance.
